The Shaping Of Our Future Generation!

After 19 years working with the Virginia Beach City Public Schools, in the state of Virginia, (Security Assistant, In School Suspension Coordinator, and Dean of Students) it was time to bring it to a halt. I retired on October 1, 2021. I served 14 years as the Director of my Character Development Mentoring Program for youth called, "The Gentlemen's Club." I faced many challenges both good and bad during my tenure and felt compelled to write a book about my plight.
